We only collect what you choose to give us, and only when you reach out first. That includes:

• Contact details — your name, email and phone number, when you fill in the diagnostic, book a call, or use the contact form.

• Business context — your industry, revenue range and priorities, if you share them in the diagnostic or a conversation.

• Documents — tax slips, statements and receipts you upload through our secure upload page, when you choose to send them.

We use your information to do the work you asked for: preparing a quote or roadmap, responding to your enquiry, filing your taxes, or answering your question.

We may use your email to follow up on a conversation you started — for example, sending the roadmap promised after the diagnostic. We don't send unsolicited marketing, and we never sell your information to anyone.

Documents you upload through our secure upload page are stored privately — they have no public link, so only our team can access them. They are used solely to prepare your return or quote and are never shared outside the engagement.

We share your information only as required to do the work: with the Canada Revenue Agency and other tax authorities when filing on your behalf, and with software providers that host our secure tools.

We never sell, rent or trade your personal information.

We keep tax records for the period required by Canadian tax law and professional standards. If you ask us to stop working together, we'll confirm what we'll retain (as required) and delete the rest.

You can ask us at any time to: see the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it where the law allows, or stop contacting you.
